5 Conscious Tips to Quantum Leap Your Life

5 Conscious Tips to Quantum Leap Your Life

by Andrea Pacini November 20, 2022

When you realize that the old constricting rules you've adhered to no longer apply to you because your thoughts, beliefs and perception create your reality, life really starts to get fun and interesting!
We do this work at the root subconscious level with PSYCH-K®, but we can also support new ways of being with conscious tools.
If you're ready to take a quantum leap, here are my top 5 conscious tools for quickly creating a new reality!
  1. Set the intention each night while in the liminal state between sleep and awake to wake up on your highest possible timeline. What does this look like to you? How does it feel in your body? Where do you feel it? What can you hear people say to you in this reality? Imagine this in as much detail as you can and set the intention to wake up on this timeline every night before falling asleep.
  2. Add intentional moments of joy into your life - what brings you satisfaction or peace? Add bits of this back into your life every few days - from singing, drawing, or taking a 5-minute walk to enjoying a warm cup of tea uninterrupted to stretching or baking or reading for pleasure, going to the gym or a yoga class or simply letting yourself just sit and be. Mindfully add the things that bring a sense of fulfillment to your life in a slow, sustainable way.
  3. Shift your divine flow by giving! Whether you give financially or with your time or resources, the act of giving helps clear out stagnant energy that has collected around old money beliefs and stories. Overtipping at a coffee shop or restaurant is an affordable, accessible way to break out of poverty consciousness and scarcity mindset. Being stingy with time, resources and money only keeps us perpetuating stories of lack.
  4. Add vitality to your life by regularly detoxifying and supporting your physical body! One of the easiest and most effective ways to do this is to begin the practice of tongue-scraping every morning. Prescribed in  ancient Ayurvedic medical texts, scraping your tongue every morning removes the toxins and harmful bacteria that the body has expelled overnight. This leads to a reduction of dis-ease throughout the body including cancer and heart disease, as well as freshened breath, improved digestion and tonification of the internal organs. I use this tongue scraper (not an affiliate or sponsored link). Another beneficial Ayurvedic practice is abhyanga or self-massage - said to turn back the hands of time, abhyanga helps tone the muscles, improve eyesight, and make hair more lustrous in addition to improving joint, circulation and lymph health - read more about this amazing practice here. Note: Not every person should perform abhyanga daily, my amazing Ayurveda practitioner Meri Consor at Sunveda can provide a virtual consultation!
  5. Start a gratitude practice. Consciously choosing to acknowledge blessings in your life helps rewire your brain that is biologically biased to always scan for threat and danger. The fastest, most effective way to shift perception in my experience is to immediately call to mind three things you're grateful for as soon as you wake up - it's the ultimate mind and manifestation hack and takes 30 seconds! Which of these hacks speaks to you the loudest? Do you already practice any of these?

Why Capacity Matters
Why Capacity Matters

by Andrea Pacini October 09, 2022

Do you have the capacity to receive AND hold on to what you think you want?

Let’s try it – how does it feel in your body to imagine inviting a loving, healthy relationship into your life?

Where do you feel this in your body? What sensations do you feel when you imagine this? How does it feel – expansive or constricting? Do you feel a sense of lightness at the prospect of sharing your life with a supportive partner, or does the thought of this agitate you because your nervous system is used to chaotic relationships? Did you have to self-soothe as a child so now the thought of living with someone else makes you anxious because you are truly most comfortable alone?

The savoring intervention was in heavy rotation in both my Positive Psychology courses at UPenn and in my Science of Wellbeing course at Yale, as research has found that the act of savoring is what increases happiness, not the actual event itself.
