I like to think of self-care as the utility tool in our set that continuously works to reinforce new beliefs, new ways of doing and being and provides new information to our conscious mind so that we can more easily align with the vision we're holding for ourselves. The practice of self-care isn't about perfection, but rather increasing compassion, contentment, self-love, empowerment and vitality.
