Teen Supercharge Human Design + PSYCH-K® Combo

Cultivate a deep understanding and acceptance of yourself and free your mind from unhelpful beliefs and patterns with the Teen Supercharge package. This is a highly personalized and comprehensive package that includes a 60+ minute recorded Human Design reading and a 75-minute virtual PSYCH-K® session.

This offering was created with the intention of providing specific insight into your energetic blueprint using Human Design so that you can create a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself  and implement tangible action steps to live life most optimally. Some of the topics we’ll cover: how to structure your day, how to most effectively make decisions, how you interact with the world, your communication style, your life's theme, how you influence and inspire others, how your body processes and digests food and information, how to improve your academic and/or athletic strategy, how to know when you're out of alignment and how to come into alignment. 

We will then use PSYCH-K® to empower and boost your confidence by changing limiting beliefs and patterns that are not helpful and supportive.

Human Design has helped me relate to and understand my children (both teenagers now) on such a deeper level.
